Begin by boiling 1 litre of water with the tea leaves and let them simmer for 3 minutes.
After simmering, cover the pot with a lid and allow the tea to steep for an additional 5 minutes.
Strain the tea, taking out half of the brewed liquid.
Into this, pour both evaporated and fresh milInto this, add palm sugar, pour evaporated, fresh milk, and condensed milk, stirring well to combine, stirring well to combine.
Boil 1 litre of water in a pot. Once boiling, add the tapioca pearls.
Cook them for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring continuously with a spatula to keep them from sticking together.
After 10 minutes, test a tapioca ball by taking a bite. If it has reached your desired level of chewiness, turn off the stove.
Using a colander, transfer the cooked tapioca balls into a palm sugar water bath. Allow them to soak for about 5 minutes to absorb the sugar. They are then ready to be used immediately.
Take your favorite clear glass and add palm sugar to the bottom, adjusting the sweetness according to your taste. Add condensed milk.
Next, scoop in some black tapioca pearls and place them at the bottom.
Gradually pour the Earl Grey milk tea over the pearls.
Feel free to add some ice cubes. Enjoy!

Notes
If you prefer less sweet tea, do not add sugar to the milk tea. When cooked tapioca pearls are soaked in the sugar water, it absorbs the sugar and brings a subtle sweetness to the tea.
Tapioca pearls also come in small size. Choose the size and color to your preference.
