Fresh Korean Strawberry Milk
Fresh Korean strawberry milk is really a very refreshing drink you can try during summertime. It is so easy to make and so delicious!

Ingredients

strawberry
fresh and organic

Strawberry jelly
optional
Fresh strawberries cut into small cubes
Strawberry for decoration
Instructions
Soak the strawberries in a salt water solution or baking soda solution or apple cider vinegar solution. Rinse and drain.
Blend strawberries and sugar together.
Boil the mixture for 5 minutes.
Pour into a container. Keep in the fridge overnight.
The next day, put 2-3 tablespoon of strawberry jam at the bottom of the glass.
You may add strawberry jelly cut into small cubes or fresh strawberries cut into small pieces.
Pour milk or mixture of milk and heavy cream into the glass. Stir well.
You can top with whipped cream and Hershey's strawberry syrup or just serve it decorated with fresh strawberry at the glass rim. Enjoy!

Prepare strawberry jelly if you like, cut them into small cubes.
You can also add tapioca pearls. Boil them until transparent. Soak in a sugary water.
