Instructions
Peel the skin of the red ginger, white ginger. Crush the lemongrass stalks and ginger.
Simply put all the ingredients in a large pot. Let it boil.
When it boils, turn to low heat and keep cooking for 60-90 minutes.
Turn the stove off. Strain the drink to take away debris.
Let it cool so it is warm enough to drink.
Keep bottled in the fridge. Enjoy your red ginger drink!

Notes
Crushing the lemongrass stalk, ginger with a pestle will make the drink more potent.
Take away the herbs and strain with coffee filter so you have a smooth drink with no residue.
Put on the lid of your pot when boiling with low heat. This will prevent the water from evaporating too much.
Cool it down and pour in bottles to keep in the chiller.
