Ground Pork and Shrimp Tofu is a simple Chinese Indonesian dish. It is made with delicate tofu, ground pork, and shrimps. This can be your new comfort food!
Prepare the ingredients. Put the wok on the stove. Heat some cooking oil.
Toss in minced garlic. Saute until it is golden brown and fragrant. Throw in the ground pork. Stir fry until it changes color. Add the shrimps. Put in the tofu.
Put oyster sauce, fish sauce, and mushroom powder. Stir to let the seasoning coat the ground pork and shrimps evenly.
Pour in some water. Add cornstarch slurry to thicken the broth. Let it simmer for a while until the broth thickens.

If you use soft tofu, be careful when you stir fry it in the wok. Stir gently so the tofu doesn't break into small pieces.
